What is the PTA's mission?
Mosby Woods Elementary School PTA is a branch of the National Parent-Teacher Association (www.PTA.org). Our goal is to provide financial and organizational support to school and PTA-sponsored programs, including assemblies, after-school activities, field trips, social events, staff appreciation, technology purchases, and more.
Yes! Please join the PTA by going to Pay4SchoolStuff. The cost is $15 per member. You will be added to our membership list and receive email messages from us. We rely on monetary contributions from Mosby Woods parents through membership fees.
Yes! Please join us in the library on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. All parents and teachers are encouraged to attend. Check here for specific meeting dates -- and for meeting minutes if you are unable to attend a meeting.
Yes, the PTA provides one free copy of the school directory to each Mosby Woods family. Please contact us if you would like to volunteer with this effort, or if your company or any of your local service providers would like to place an advertisement in the annual directory.
Sign up for the PTA email list through Constant Contact. Watch your child's Wednesday folder each week for PTA announcements and volunteer opportunities printed on goldenrod paper. Check for updates on our website. Please attend our monthly meetings and feel free to call or email a PTA Board member for further information.
Please contact us if your question has not been answered.
