Policies & Procedures - Important information!
Prior to the start of classes, you will receive information via email about dismissal policies. All students who are being picked up must be checked out by an adult. Children who attend SACC will be escorted to the SACC classroom at the end of class. For safety reasons children WILL NOT be permitted to walk home. If your child is usually a walker, please make arrangements for an adult to pick them up or meet them at the conclusion of each class. Everyone picking up a child must have a valid photograph ID and be listed as an approved pick-up person at the registration process.
Pickups: Late pickups cannot be accommodated, and children will be removed from the class for repeated late pickups. Teachers and staff are not responsible for enrichment classes, and there is no one in the school who can take responsibility for your child after classes.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted via email to the program coordinator before the first meeting of the class. After the first class, no refunds will be considered except in extreme or extenuating circumstances and at the approval of the PTA. If a refund is approved, the PTA will issue a check to the parent account holder on file for the cost of the class minus a 10% processing fee. Program fees will NOT be prorated for missed classes, even in cases of student illness or quarantine.
Behavior: Students are expected to behave respectfully to instructors and classmates. Enrichment vendors have discretion to remove students who engage in aggressive behavior from the class for the remainder of the session. In this event, no refunds will be issued.
Questions or suggestions are always welcome! Contact Andrea Falkenhagen at afterschool@mosaicespta.org if you have ideas on how to make our enrichment program even better or if you would like to volunteer.

The course is good for all ages, for beginners as well as more seasoned painters. Join us for the fun!
Running Club (1-5)
Run Club is for boys and girls in grades 1-5 who come out to run for fun and fitness! Kids run in groups with their peers. Throughout the class, the coach engages kids in fun running activities, such as sharks and minnows, tag games, relay races, and team racing competitions. We find that kids run so much more when we include running games or running competitions throughout the hour. During just running time, kids will run laps and track their distance or number of laps by picking up a popsicle stick at the completion of each lap and work toward running longer distances throughout the session! Run by Kids in Motion.
